I'm not sure what's objectionable about nabbing money launderers and drug makers using whatever is in the justice department's arsenal. To me, saying that using one law to get somebody when your after him for something else is like saying that it was wrong to nail Al Capone on tax evasion when you're after him for booze smuggling. You can argue against the drug war and I'll agree with you, but I still haven't seen abuse of this act to warrant its repeal.
